DUBAI, Các Tiểu vương quốc Ả Rập Thống nhất - Iran dường như đã sẵn sàng cho một vụ phóng vào vũ trụ hôm thứ Ba khi các hình ảnh vệ tinh cho thấy một tên lửa trên một bệ phóng ở sa mạc nông thôn, cũng như căng thẳng vẫn ở mức cao về chương trình hạt nhân của Tehran.
